This IT Support Specialist role is about keeping people working. Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements

- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace applications in a business setting.
- The ability to explain technical steps patiently to non technical users.
- A knack for logical troubleshooting; you enjoy the puzzle of finding what's broken.
- An associate degree in an IT field or equivalent hands on experience is typical.
- You'll be on your feet part of the day moving between desks and server closets.
