This District Manager role in Madison, WI is for someone who has spent years inside restaurants and now wants to shape the culture at scale. You'll oversee operations, develop talent, and make sure every location runs like it should ; with quality, service, and efficiency at the core.
What You'd Be Doing
- Running restaurant operations with daily focus on food quality, guest service, and overall efficiency
- Recruiting, training, and developing your store teams so they grow with the company
- Driving financial performance while keeping operational costs under control
- Making sure each location stays safe, compliant with regulations, and genuinely engaging to work in
- Building a strong team culture and connecting with the surrounding community
- Spotting problems before they grow and implementing real improvements to operations
What You Need to Bring
- 5+ years of high volume restaurant management experience ; this isn't your first rodeo
- A proven ability to develop leaders at all levels within your team
- Strong financial skills; you know how to read P&Ls and act on what you see
- Excellent communication style that works up, down, and sideways across an organization
- A real passion for leading in a fast paced environment where customers expect great things every time they walk in the door
- The ability to relocate to Madison, WI (Northern Indiana)
The Offer (Compensation & Benefits)
$80k - $95k base salary depending on experience.
