Four Lakes Family Dental needs a Dental Hygienist in Madison, WI. We’re looking for someone Tuesday through Friday, but we’re open to part time too.
You’ll be the clinical provider and patient advocate your patients actually remember. Every person who sits in your chair gets the time and care they need ; not the rushed version. We’ve got a strong Hygiene mentor program and tons of educational offerings to sharpen your clinical skills. You won’t be doing this alone.

What You Need to Bring
- A current dental hygienist license in WI
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- You’ll need to sit and stand for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual or in person training sessions periodically throughout the year
- A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions ; this will be arranged during pre employment. (Not applicable in FL & TN.)
What’s Nice to Have
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x rays, and electronic medical record systems
- A genuine desire to keep learning and growing your clinical skills to meet patient needs, provide preventative care, and maintain overall dental health
