Field Service Technician – Coca Cola Southwest Beverages

This is a hands on mechanical role with a lot of variety. You'll work on the cold drink equipment that keeps product moving, and you'll do it in the field, not stuck behind a desk. If you like troubleshooting, fixing things, and working independently, this could be a good fit.

What you'll actually be doing

• Performing all mechanical services on cold drink equipment, including preventative maintenance
• Maneuvering equipment to access and service it properly
• Keeping refrigeration equipment running in proper operating condition
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships at each stop
• Prepping equipment so it meets company standards every time
• Making sure your vehicle carries the right parts inventory levels
• Keeping your work area clean and safe

What you need to bring

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• 0 to 3 years of general technical experience is required
• 1 or more years of refrigeration or HVAC experience is preferred
• Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience
• Prior experience with diagnostic troubleshooting
• A solid mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets MVR policy guidelines
• HVAC certification is preferred
• A refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification is preferred

Schedule and pay

You'll work 12:00 PM until the work is finished, 5 days a week. Starting pay is between $27.38 and $33.04 per hour, based on your experience. On top of that, there are performance based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and a full benefits package.
