Shift Supervisor

What this role is about

Wawa is looking for a Shift Supervisor to keep things running smoothly in Louisville, KY. When you're the senior leader on site running a shift, you're the one driving execution and making decisions that matter. It's about keeping the team on track and making sure customers leave with a smile.

You'll handle customer questions and feedback, keeping interactions positive. You'll coordinate between associates, customers, and orders to make food and beverage service efficient. You'll give direction and recognition to associates to keep productivity and performance up. Safety, security, and store policies ; including crisis management ; are your responsibility too. And you'll manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check ins, and cash handling.

Who we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, whatever the business needs
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus
• You can communicate clearly, solve problems, and build real relationships with people

The schedule and pay

Associates in Louisville, KY have the option to choose a 4 day work week ; giving you more time for life outside of work. The hourly range is $19.00 to $21.90, based on your experience and location. If you work between midnight and 6am, you'll get an extra $2.00 per hour shift differential.
