What you'd be doing
You're the RN on the floor. That means providing direct, compassionate care to patients and residents, and you're the one supervising the day to day work of the nursing assistants assigned to you.
- Your focus is maintaining the highest quality of care.
- Everything you do follows Federal, State, and Local standards and regulations.
- You'll also operate under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
What you need to bring
A couple of non negotiables here, plus one thing that would give you a real leg up.
- An active RN license for the state where you live.
- A current CPR certification.
- If you've got prior long term care experience, that's a definite plus for this setting.
