You're a Registered Nurse, and you're thinking about where you can do your best work. At Lifepoint Behavioral Health, your experience actually matters. This is a 77 bed behavioral health hospital in Louisville, KY called Triangle Springs, part of a bigger network (Lifepoint Health) with facilities coast to coast. We treat patients dealing with mental health and substance use disorders. It's serious work, but it's also the kind of work where you can make a real difference.

You'll work with an interdisciplinary team ; nurses, therapists, docs ; all focused on patient centered care.
What you'll actually do day to day
- Perform patient assessments accurately and figure out what each person needs
- Start the right nursing interventions ; the ones that match the patient's condition and age
- Document everything clearly and on time, tying it back to medical necessity in the medical record
- Write and update the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient (you own this)
- Do timely and accurate QI assessments
What you need to bring
- A current RN license in the state of North Carolina
- A degree from an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, which you'll get within 30 days of hire
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification, same deal ; within 30 days of hire
- At least one year of nursing experience is preferred, not a dealbreaker if you don't have it
- Behavioral health or psychiatric experience is preferred too
- Solid communication and critical thinking skills ; you'll need to de escalate situations and stay calm when things get intense
- A real commitment to compassionate, patient centered care
Schedule and pay details
This shift is 3x12, nights. That means 7 PM to 7 AM, with rotating weekends. And there's a $10,000 sign on bonus when you start.
