As a Plumbing Service Technician, you're the face of our company on every call. You'll handle service calls, maintenance, and parts replacements. Your job is simple: deliver top tier work and make sure every client walks away happy.

What You'll Do

• Deliver 5 star service to every client, every time. We're serious about communication, and you should be too.
• Work alongside our dispatch team to schedule and prioritize client needs efficiently.
• Perform high quality plumbing repairs and installations.
• Educate clients about their plumbing systems and explain solutions clearly.
• Provide peace of mind during maintenance calls by catching issues early.
• Keep safety top of mind throughout your day.
• Complete paperwork using tablets and our current operating systems ; nothing clunky here.
• Help clients maximize value through our warranty programs, with easy warranty processing.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
• A Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing License.
• Solid, practical knowledge of plumbing systems and repair techniques.
• At least two years of hands on plumbing experience.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.

The Pay and Perks

• Base pay of $28–$38 per hour.
