Requirements

• A current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Louisville, KY.
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) is mandatory; many employers prefer or require Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC NIC) certification.
• Recent clinical experience in a Level III or IV NICU is typically needed; this isn't an entry level staff nurse role.
