You also need to live within 20 miles of the Louisville, KY area, since you'll be servicing stores there. Reliable transportation is a must.

Physical requirements

Let's be real about the job. You're on your feet and moving all shift. You need to be able to handle this, with or without a reasonable accommodation:

• Standing and walking for 3 to 8 hours at a time.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Crouching, bending, twisting, and using your hands repetitively.

Being organized is non negotiable. So is being a strong communicator; you're building relationships with store partners every day.

Schedule & pay

This is a part time position. You're looking at 20 to 25 hours per week during daytime hours. The schedule is predictable, which is nice. The pay range is $16 to $18 an hour, based on experience. On top of that, there are quarterly performance incentives. You get paid for your mileage and travel time between store locations too. A few other things: they provide paid training and there's a cell phone reimbursement. Part time employees have access to an Employee Assistance Program and some other select benefits.
