About This Role
What you'll actually be doing
This isn't a typical desk job. You'll run a dialysis unit from the ground up. That means you're managing everything: clinical outcomes, financials, patient care, and your team. You'll work closely with doctors to plan and evaluate how patients are doing. You'll also be supervising the dialysis techs and nurses as they run treatments, watching how patients respond and making sure the machines are working right. You'll check physician orders, gather pre treatment data like vital signs and vascular access status, look over lab results, review patient records, and assess general health before anyone starts a session. You'll also handle hiring, mentoring, and keeping your team engaged and performing well.
What you need to bring
- An active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- A current and valid CPR certification.
