Dental Hygienist

The Overview

Ruby Dental & Braces, a Benevis company, is looking for a Dental Hygienist in Louisville, KY. Pay range is $45 55 per hour, negotiable depending on experience. There's a $10,000 sign on or relocation bonus for full time, and $5,000 for part time. You'll get benefits, a 401K, PTO, continuing education credits, and flexible schedules.

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct dental care and services under the general supervision of a dentist
• Provide scaling and prophylaxis, take x rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and handle related procedures
• Look for opportunities to offer Same Day Care ; that means excellent customer service
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction
• Assess each patient's dental condition and needs, plus review their medical history
• Follow all government regulations and company standards closely
• Guide parents and patients through our complete treatment process
• Assist with dental and perio charting when needed
• Take x rays and save them into patient charts when necessary
• Show genuine compassion for patients and parents to create memorable experiences

What You'll Need

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
• CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands on skill assessment ; required on hire
