Requirements
You don't need years of experience to start, but you do need a few specific things. We're looking for folks who are genuinely suited for this kind of work.
- A current, active CNA certification for the state where Louisville, KY is located is mandatory. We can't move forward without it.
- CPR/BLS certification is almost always required by employers.
- A clean background check and ability to pass a drug screen are standard procedure in healthcare.
- The physical side is real. You should be comfortable being on your feet most of the day and able to safely help lift or move patients.
