Caregiver

The Role

Belmont Village St. Matthews is looking for a caregiver to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You'll work hands on with an assigned group of residents, helping them through their day with dignity and respect.

We have three shift options open right now:

• Full time 1st shift: 6:30am to 2:45pm
• Part time 3rd shift: 10:30pm to 6:45am
• PRN positions on 1st and 2nd shifts

What You'll Do

You'll provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living for seniors in our community. That means helping with things like bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care ; whatever a resident needs to stay comfortable and safe.

You'll also encourage residents to join in on community activities, helping them stay social and engaged. You'll document care and services you provide each day, and report any changes you notice to the supervisors. Hospitality and resident satisfaction are the priority in every interaction.

What We Need From You

• You must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• You can communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• A professional, pleasant, and team oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential
• A C.N.A. license isn't required, but we welcome applicants who have one
