What you'll do

This is a role for a Family Law Attorney who's ready to handle real caseloads at an AV rated, top tier multi service firm. You'll draft discovery, motions, and all the other legal documents that keep cases moving. Settlement negotiations will be part of your routine ; you're not just filing paper, you're working toward resolutions. The firm serves clients across food and beverage, manufacturing, agriculture, real estate, and life sciences, so the variety is real.

What you need

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• 4 or more years of experience specifically in family law
• Solid proficiency with drafting discovery, motions, and associated legal documents
• Experience participating in settlement negotiations
