OR RN

Hey there. I'm a recruiter, and I've been doing this for over a decade. I'm looking for an Operating Room RN for a 10 12 week travel contract in Los Angeles, CA. If you're the kind of nurse who knows their way around a DaVinci robot and wants a straightforward deal with solid support, let's talk.

The Work

You'll be in the OR, Monday through Friday. The shifts are 10 hours, running from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM. You won't work Thursdays.

• Getting patients ready before surgery and caring for them after.
• Assisting surgeons during procedures; your precision matters here.
• Your job is to make sure the operating room is sterile and set up correctly.
• Monitoring vital signs and responding if anything changes.
• Working with the whole surgical team to get the best results for your patients.

What You Need to Bring

This isn't an entry level gig. You need real, recent experience in this specific setting.

• A full year of experience working as an OR nurse.
• Hands on experience with the DaVinci robotic system is non negotiable; they need you to already know it.
• You must have an active RN license, plus your BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications current and ready to go.
• Cerner experience is required. If you've also used Epic, that's a nice bonus, but Cerner is the main one.

The pay range for this contract is $1,960 to $2,361 per week. It's a travel role, so we structure things to help that make sense for you.
