Clinical Educator – Mental Health / Psychiatry
Inizio Engage has teamed up with a pharmaceutical company to build a nationwide crew of Clinical Educators. This one is focused on psychiatry ; mental health settings of care. You'd be delivering educational support directly to Healthcare Professionals in their offices and facilities.
This role covers Los Angeles, CA. You'll work within a defined geographic territory, so local travel is the name of the game.
What you'll actually do
- Provide product demonstration and education to Healthcare Professionals across various offices and facilities in your territory.
- Deliver disease state related educational support to identified HCPs and office staff, coordinating closely with the Client Account Manager.
- Present educational programs that match what each office actually needs ; using only approved materials from Inizio or the client. No altering, copying, or distributing those materials on your own.
- Complete all required training courses and competency assessments on time and to standard.
- Build real relationships with key customers ; not just transactional contacts.
- Help develop and deliver services across multiple healthcare sectors, as directed by your Client Account Manager (Field).
- Keep an eye out for new approaches that could lead to partnership opportunities. They want you thinking innovatively here.
- Handle administrative tasks like daily computer updates, weekly activity summaries, emails, and monthly expense reports ; all promptly.
- Maintain your professional registration or licensing as state law requires.
- Attend local and national meetings or conferences to stay current on plans, activities, and developments. Also to share what you're learning with the team.
- Takes care of company equipment and materials properly per instructions.
- Follows both Ashfield Policies & Procedures and client policies as needed.
- Be reachable during working hours for questions that come up.
