What You'll Actually Do

• Welcome and greet every guest like a person, not a script. Friendly and professional
• Help guests at exit and entry lanes ; fast, pleasant, no fuss
• Answer phones and assist customers using their mobile devices
• Work with your teammates to make sure every guest has a solid experience
• Keep your work area neat and clean. It matters more than you'd think
• Tell guests about the TPS Spot Club program when it makes sense
• You may cross train for other frontline positions as management directs
• Other duties as requested by management ; nothing crazy, just stuff that comes up

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some previous customer service experience? That's preferred, not required
• You can communicate clearly in English (safety reasons)
• Comfortable with Apple tech ; iPhones, iPads, tablets
• You're okay using a kiosk system and adapting when we upgrade technology
• You'll work outside sometimes ; rain, shine, whatever
• You can stand for most of your shift and lift up to 30 pounds (with or without accommodation)

Shift Details

This is a part time role. We're hiring for all shifts. Schedule is consistent once you're in.
