Intercare Therapy is hiring a BCBA (Clinical Supervisor) in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full time position, and you're looking at a pay range of $80,000 to $90,000 based on your experience. The core of this role is supervising a clinical team, managing your own caseload, and making sure your clients get consistent, high quality behavioral therapy. If you've got a Master's degree and your BCBA certification, this might be the right fit.

- You're overseeing your Program Manager team to make sure they hit 28 billable hours per week (120 hours a month).

- Running developmental skills assessments ; things like the ABLLS R, AFLS, and VB MAPP ; to create and evaluate individualized treatment plans and objectives for each client.
- Supervising RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates, plus completing all the required documentation per BACB standards.
- Conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, so you can build treatments that actually address the function of the behavior.
- Giving accurate feedback to your clinical team (Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers) through Performance Management metrics.
- Training teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST): discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.
- When it comes up, attending IEP meetings or other interdisciplinary team meetings, and presenting goals, behavioral interventions, and modifications.
- Collaborating with school personnel ; doing student observations, providing written programming and behavioral recommendations, implementing training, and following up as authorized.
