What you'll be doing
This is a hybrid role. You'll be onsite 3 days a week in Los Angeles, CA. As a Digital Account Manager, you'll act as the main client contact for accounts in the Electronics, Toys/Media, and Seasonal verticals. Your focus is on campaign facilitation, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization to drive strong marketing outcomes for partners.
- Serve as the primary client liaison for assigned accounts in the Electronics, Toys/Media, and Seasonal categories
- Develop and present marketing strategies that line up with client objectives and industry best practices
- Oversee end to end campaign setup ; making sure accurate implementation and timely launches
- Give audience recommendations that match marketing KPIs and campaign goals
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and suggest post launch optimization tactics to maximize results
- Work cross functionally with sales, analytics, creative, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Take a customer centric approach, proactively finding opportunities to add value and keep clients satisfied
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and digital marketing innovations

What you need to bring
- 2+ years of experience in digital account management, media planning, or digital marketing (retail or media agency experience is preferred)
- A proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable results
- Strong analytical skills ; you've worked with campaign reporting and optimization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball
The compensation and benefits
The target hourly range for this role is $48.00 to $54.00. What you actually get paid depends on things like your education, relevant work experience, certifications, and where you're located.
