The Job in a Nutshell

Intercare Therapy is looking for a Behavioral Health Program Manager for our Los Angeles, CA team. That's a mouthful, but here's what it really means: you'll be the person on site making sure our ABA programs run right. You're the clinical supervisor and leader for your cases. You've got to be comfortable driving 30 to 60 miles each day, and your schedule falls between 8AM and 6PM weekdays, with an occasional weekend shift thrown in.

What You'll Actually Do

Design and oversee clinical programs for kids with autism spectrum disorders
Supervise Behavior Interventionists (BIs) during session work
Coach caregivers so they know how to support their child's progress
Master the day to day responsibilities of case management out in the field
Keep sharp documentation and communication flowing among everyone involved

Who Should Apply

You've got a completed Bachelor's degree. On top of that, you have either:

12 semester units of ABA coursework and one year of experience implementing or designing ABA programming; or
A full two years of experience designing or implementing ABA programs (no coursework requirement in this path)

The Skills That Matter Here

Strong clinical knowledge around ABA programming is non negotiable. You need solid time management, written communication, and spoken communication skills ; plus enough interpersonal sense to give feedback without being a jerk about it. Being bilingual is valued around here too.

The Practical Stuff Pay & Benefits

$26 – $32 per hour.
A flexible work schedule that you can manage yourself (seriously, we mean it). Mileage reimbursement because you're covering distance every day.
A company computer and cell phone provided so you're not using your personal gear.
$50/hr + benefits – Wait no: check above: hourly range is $26-$32/hr for this role. We reimburse mileage separately.
