The Role

This isn't a behind the desk job. As an Assistant Store Manager in Little Rock, AR, you'll be out on the floor leading your crew, making sure every customer who walks through our doors leaves with a positive experience. You're the person keeping the shop running ; from managing cash and inventory to keeping things safe and looking sharp.

What You'll Actually Do Day to Day

  • Motivate your team and keep productivity high; you set the pace for world class customer service
  • Jump in when a customer has a complaint or warranty issue ; respond fast and get it resolved
  • Handle work orders and route mobile jobs so vehicles are loaded and out the door on time
  • Train associates on installation techniques, vehicle maintenance, required paperwork, and the tech tools we use internally
  • Keep an eye on productivity numbers, inventory levels, and store cleanliness so quality standards don't slip
  • Make sure we're following OSHA rules and any other federal, state, or local regulations that apply
  • Tackle whatever else comes up ; this list isn't everything you might do in a given shift

What You'll Need to Bring

  • A High School Diploma or GED ; or 3 to 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience if you don't have one (preferred either way)
  • A valid state issued driver's license (non negotiable)
  • At least 1 year of supervisory, leadership, or key holder experience under your belt
  • 3 to 5 years working in retail or a service center environment; automotive experience is a nice plus but not mandatory
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, web based apps, and standard office gear like printers or scanners
  • The willingness to work outside in all sorts of weather (rain, heat, cold ; it happens)
  • A professional appearance at all times; you'll wear personal protective equipment as needed
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. for short stretches, work at elevated heights comfortably, and stay on your feet for long periods without complaint.
