The Gist of It

You want to sell real estate but don't have any experience. That's fine. We're looking for people who genuinely like helping others and are ready to learn the business from scratch.

What You'll Actually Do

• Walk clients through buying and selling a home with real, personalized service
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to get the best deal for your client
• Build up your own network of contacts ; past clients, local businesses, friends of friends
• Keep following up with people long after the closing to make sure they remember you
• Use our real estate software and CRM tools to track leads and manage transactions
• Dig into market research so you know what's happening with pricing in Lincoln, NE before anyone else does

The Pay Side

This is full commission. You earn money every time you close a transaction. Do more deals, make more money. After a couple years of consistent work, it's normal for an agent here to earn $50,000 to $100,000 yearly or more. The harder you work at building your client base, the more that number climbs.
