About This Role
The Gist of the Role
We're looking for a Registered Nurse at The Willows at Hamburg, in Lexington, KY. This isn't a sidekick role. You'll be leading a team of direct care providers and making sure the clinical care is dialed in tight. You're the one who keeps things running right for the residents on your unit.
What You'll Actually Do
- Lead a crew of direct care staff, making sure medications and treatments are done correctly, documentation is solid, and families know what's going on.
- Use the nursing process from admission all the way through discharge ; you're the thread that holds continuity of care together.
- Walk your assigned unit every day to see how each resident is doing physically and emotionally. If something changes, you loop in the charge nurse, the physician, or the Director of Nursing.
- Spot problems and emergencies fast. When a physician isn't around, you step in and start lifesaving measures immediately.
- Handle the admin side too: medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting ; whatever it takes to keep things straight.
What You Need
You've got to hold a current, valid state RN license ; and keep it that way. Current, valid CPR certification is a must too. No way around either of those.
Where You'll Work
This job is at The Willows at Hamburg in Lexington, KY. That's US KY Lexington if you want to get specific.
Benefits That Actually Matter
Trilogy's Thrive benefits program is built around you. It's not a checkbox list. Here's what's included, though there are more options available too.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage ; free Virtual Doctor Visits come with it, and coverage starts in your first 30 days.
- You get paid every week, plus quarterly wage increases on top of that.
- Spending and retirement accounts: HSA with company match, Dependent Care account, LSA, and a 401(k) with company match.
- Paid time off and fully paid parental leave for new parents.
- Inclusive care ; no cost LGBTQIA+ support and gender affirming care coordination.
- Tuition and student loan help ; financial support for education, certifications, and loan repayment.
