About the Job

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for Lexington, KY.

You'd be meeting with homeowners who've already called us. Your job is to figure out what they need and present options for new HVAC systems. All the appointments are set for you; there's no cold calling or door knocking here.

The pay is commission based with no cap. Top performers typically make between $100,000 and $200,000+ a year. You get paid weekly.

What You'll Do

• Meet with residential customers in their homes to assess heating and cooling needs.
• Present customized solutions and system recommendations.
• You're the consultant, backed by a team that installs quickly and stands behind the work with strong warranties.
• The schedule isn't always 9 to 5. You need to be available for evenings and weekends when customers are.
• The role involves going into attics and crawlspaces to complete assessments.

What You Need

• Experience with in home sales, specifically in a residential setting.
• A history of one call close sales is a big plus.
• Some knowledge of HVAC is preferred; for Lexington, KY, it might be required.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• You must pass a background check and a drug screening.
