As an AOR / HVAC Installation Mechanic, you'll pull out old systems and install new ones in homes across Lexington, KY. You'll handle startup and troubleshooting when things don't go as planned. It's straightforward work with real people.

What You'll Actually Do

• Disassemble and remove old HVAC systems from residential homes.
• Install replacement systems ; the whole job from start to finish.
• Start up each new system. If something isn't right, you troubleshoot it on the spot.
• Work year round full time hours. This isn't seasonal or part time.
• Lead a helper on each job. You're comfortable being the one in charge.

What We Need From You

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience. No shortcuts here.
• A Journeyman HVAC License is required (certification assistance may be available).
• Solid working knowledge of local inspection codes.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record ; non negotiable.
• A willingness to climb into attics, squeeze through crawl spaces, and lift heavy stuff regularly.
• The flexibility to work long or sporadic hours when necessary, including weekends sometimes.
• A clean background check and pre employment drug screen are part of the deal.
