About This Role

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee nursing care and operations for the unit during your assigned shift.
  • Coordinate patient admissions and discharges to keep things moving efficiently.
  • Work with the management team to assess and improve patient care quality.
  • Foster a teamwork environment that helps us hit our goals.
  • Support patient focused initiatives like employee rounding and hourly rounds.
  • Give input on hiring, training, and evaluating new staff members.
  • Manage staff scheduling and labor according to patient needs.
  • Help control inventory for supplies and equipment.

What you need to have

  • A current RN license (Associate or Bachelor's degree).
  • You must obtain your Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of starting.
