You'll get into a new tractor with no money down and flexible financing, then keep 100% of your truck's earnings after the weekly payment. The freight is 99% no touch expedited stuff. You set your own schedule and decide how busy you want to be. We handle finding the loads; you focus on running your truck and seeing the country.

How the Lease Works

This isn't a company driver job. You're an independent contractor building an asset.

• The actual lease and financing are handled through our partner, Expediter Services.
• There's zero down payment to start, and they don't have a minimum credit score requirement.
• Your weekly truck payment gets deducted from your settlement. No surprise balloon payment at the end.
• You make payments for the agreed term, and then the tractor is yours.

• You earn top rates for safe, on time delivery of high value freight.
• A fuel surcharge is paid on top of your standard rate per shipment.

• Our driver support team is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

What You Need to Qualify

• A valid CDL A and at least six months of experience.*
• You must be at least 21 years old.
• No DUI or drug convictions in the last five years.
• No felony convictions in the last ten years.

*If you're interested in straight trucks or cargo vans instead of a tractor, that experience requirement doesn't apply.

A quick but important note: All drivers and vehicle owners in this program are independent contractors. The truck lease and financing are provided by an independent third party, Expediter Services, not Panther Premium Logistics directly. You're running your own business with our support behind you.
