This is the person who sets the tone when you walk in. You're running the front of the house, which means you're on the register greeting folks, keeping the dining area clean and welcoming, and crafting drinks. You're that first connection for every guest, and you'll make sure everything up front runs smoothly. We close after lunch, so your day is done by mid afternoon; there aren't any night shifts here.
