HVAC Technician (Residential)

What you'll do

Your main focus is providing custom solutions for people's homes. That means you're not just a technician; you're a problem solver who listens first. You'll assess situations, identify what the customer really needs, and then develop the right plan to make it happen.

• You need a solid understanding of all home services standards, practices, and code requirements.
• A big part of the role involves using a 'one call' sales method. You'll be gathering information and closing sales during service calls.
• It's about influencing decisions and providing effective solutions from start to finish.

What you need to bring

I need someone who's been doing this successfully for a few years. You've got to have proven experience selling plumbing home services or closing sales in another trade.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• You should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience under your belt.
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office stuff like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. We'll train you on our specific company software, but you need to be ready to learn it.
• This job demands excellent self management. You're dependable and can handle your time effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills are non negotiable. That means actively listening, keeping a professional demeanor, and communicating clearly.
• You must demonstrate ethical behavior and operate with a high level of integrity in everything you do.
