VP of Operations

We're looking for someone to run operations across a group of offices in the Midwest and West Coast. The core of this business is engineering, so you've got to speak that language fluently. What you'd be doing

• Overseeing operations for a multi office territory spanning the Midwest and West Coast.
• Managing a team of directors who themselves lead field managers in engineering, safety, and sales.
• You're directly responsible for the financial performance of this region; you'll own that $100m+ P&L.
• The goal is growth. You'll be rewarded with EBITDA bonuses for generating meaningful results.

• A bachelor's degree in engineering is ideal. That technical foundation is non negotiable.
• You've managed leaders before; directors who manage field teams. Experience across engineering, safety, and sales functions is key.
• Proven track record of managing a significant P&L, specifically over $100 million.
• An MBA isn't an absolute requirement, but it's a strong preference and will give you an edge.

The details

The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $325,000 per year. On top of that, there's a standard annual bonus target of 30% to 40%, tied directly to EBITDA performance and growth.
