Rehab RN

The Role

You'd be joining the rehab team, a core group of RNs and PCTs focused on helping patients regain independence and get back home. The work involves collaborating closely with therapists, social workers, physicians, and others to support patients and their families over a longer period. You actually get to see people get stronger and reclaim their lives.

The patient satisfaction scores here are some of the highest in the hospital. That says something about the team and the care.

What You Need

• A Registered Nurse Diploma.
• Your RN license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, which you'll need to get within 30 days of starting if you don't have it already.
• No travel is required for this position.
• No prior experience is required; they're open to new grads.

The Details & Benefits

This is a full time position on a closed acute rehab unit. For experienced RNs, there's currently a $10,000 sign on bonus on offer. Just know that bonus can't be combined with other HCA bonuses or loan/scholarship programs.
