About This Role

Alright, let's cut through the noise. This isn't your standard corporate PT gig. We're opening a brand new, state of the art clinic in Kansas City, MO from the ground up, and we need someone to help build it. The focus is on balance, dizziness, orthopedics, and vestibular issues.

  • Administer treatment, then consistently re evaluate progress to adjust as needed.
  • Your job is to instruct, motivate, educate, and assist patients through their prescribed plan.
  • Document everything; treatments, responses, progress; in a timely manner following all guidelines.
  • Communicate with medical practitioners to coordinate care and suggest revisions.
  • Maintain patient records according to State/Federal law, HIPAA, and our policies.
  • A big part of this is creating a positive clinic culture and supporting the development of your team.
  • You'll manage day to day clinical operations under the guidance of local leadership.

What You Need to Bring

The Person We're Looking For

The technical stuff gets you in the door. How you think keeps you here. We need a self starter who's genuinely motivated by helping others achieve their goals. Excellent communication and teaching skills are a must because this work is collaborative. You've got to be passionate about working with patients dealing with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues. Skilled in outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy? Great. Willing to grow in those areas? Also great. You should demonstrate clinical leadership and have the ability to coach PTs, PTAs, and support staff. Bring a collaborative team spirit and a real desire to grow personally and professionally.

The Practical Stuff
