The Role

This is for an experienced litigator who's ready to operate as a full Partner. You need to bring your own book of business with you; ideally one that's at or above the $1 million mark. You'll lead on complex litigation matters from discovery through trial, acting as first chair. A big part of this is maintaining and growing those client relationships you bring in, while also helping mentor the junior attorneys on the team. It's a role for someone who wants to be a key part of the firm's continued growth.

What You Need to Bring

• A J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice in Massachusetts.
• At least eight years of hands on litigation experience, including first chair trial work and managing discovery.
• A portable book of business; this is non negotiable.
• Your analytical skills have to be sharp; you're solving complex problems daily.
• You can write persuasively and argue effectively in court; your communication needs to be top tier.
• You're interested in guiding less experienced attorneys, not just handling your own caseload.

The salary range here is $250,000 to $500,000 per year, depending on your portable business and experience.
