Nurse Manager

Ready for something more? We're looking for the person to lead our Breast Center team in Kansas City, MO.

The Role

You'll manage the clinical surgery team at the breast center. Your main focus is guiding patients through their breast cancer diagnosis and treatment process. It's about leading the team that provides that crucial support.

You're accountable for developing, implementing, and evaluating the care in the clinic. You'll work with nursing leadership to find ways to improve our practices, policies, and processes. A big part of this is driving employee engagement and keeping your team motivated.

Collaboration is key here. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to create a patient centered, healing environment that aims to exceed expectations. Depending on the clinic's needs, you might need to maintain clinical competencies and could occasionally be counted in staffing.

What You Need

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• A current Registered Nurse license in both Missouri and Kansas.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• At least two years of applicable nursing experience.
