The Gig in a Nutshell

This is a PRN oral surgery gig for a dentist who already knows their way around a third molar. You'd come in for 1 to 2 days a month, and we'll pay you the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum ($1,000 to $4,000) or a percentage of your adjusted production. No lab fees. We cover your malpractice insurance. And there's a 401(k), too.

The schedule is flexible ; we build it around whatever else you're already doing. You bring the surgical confidence; we bring the team, the equipment, and the patients.

What You'd Actually Do

You're here to do the heavy lifting surgically. That means:

• Pulling third molars ; including the impacted ones
• Handling surgical and complex extractions across the whole mouth, whenever it's clinically appropriate
• Working fast and smart alongside our trained clinical staff
• Keeping everything compliant and patient centered ; OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols are trained yearly

We run DentaPro software, digital x rays, and Panorex units. Our dental assistants are trained specifically to support oral surgery procedures.

Who We're Looking For

This isn't a general dentistry role with a few extractions thrown in. We need someone with real volume. So you'll need:

• A DDS or DMD from a CODA accredited dental program
• Significant hands on oral surgery experience ; you've done a lot of complex and surgical extractions as a general dentist
• An active dental license in the state of practice (or eligibility to get one)
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and whatever other state credentials are required
• A genuine interest in providing oral surgery care to underserved patients
