About This Role
What you'll actually do
This Account Manager role sits right at the intersection of Deposita's operations team and our clients. You're the face of the business on site, driving execution and resolving issues in real time. You'll make sure every location gets consistent, high quality service.
You'll determine what each customer expects and communicate that clearly to your team. The people you oversee are Project Managers ; you'll guide them indirectly, plan timelines, assign work, and hold them accountable. Conference calls and site visits keep things running smoothly.
You'll work closely with clients and other vendors so service delivery is coordinated across all locations. When something goes wrong, you're the one who identifies the issue, manages changes, and puts contingency plans in place. You'll also make sure contract required training and screening is done right.
- Implement standard cash operations at every customer facility
- Investigate and recommend new technology and tools to improve the customer experience and team efficiency
- Create new workflows and processes as our products evolve
- Grow the customer relationship through new products, services, and locations
- Prepare and present customer business reviews ; both internally and externally
What you need to have
We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience managing a retail solutions customer. You need an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or something equivalent. You also have to live within commutable distance to the Ankeny, Iowa office ; on site presence is required 5 days a week.
Your work history should show expertise in retail services, cash management services, control of cash, and cash planning or forecasting. You should be able to conceptualize, communicate, plan, promote, implement, and manage cash management initiatives. You need to assess cash office risks and betterment opportunities, and you've implemented strategies involving awareness and training.
- Experience leading a significant project implementation
