This is a sous chef position with a real path forward. You're not just filling a spot on the line ; you're stepping into a role where chef de cuisine is the next step. The team runs a high volume, scratch kitchen with serious standards, and they want someone who can keep up and then some.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $55,000 to $66,000. They pay for performance here.

What You'll Do Day to Day

You'll lead the kitchen crew ; training them, motivating them, holding the line on quality. Managing daily operations means keeping workflow smooth and standards high. Inventory accuracy and cost control are part of your regular rhythm. And you'll work closely with front of house staff so that guests get the full experience every time.

What You Need

  • At least 3 years of high volume, scratch kitchen experience
  • A background in fine dining or upscale restaurants with high standards
  • Proven leadership that earns respect from the team
  • Strong financial sense with actual P&L experience under your belt
