HVAC Technician (Residential)

The Job

Florida Home Air Conditioning is hiring an HVAC Technician for residential work in Jacksonville, FL. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field, troubleshooting and repairing heating and air conditioning systems for homeowners who need reliable help.

We're partnered with American Residential Services (ARS), the largest residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company in the country. More than 7,000 team members strong, with 45 years in the game. Full time, year round work is what we offer ; consistent schedules that don't disappear when summer ends.

What You'll Actually Do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential systems: furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners
• Perform repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Identify system issues and recommend heating or cooling solutions that make sense
• Make sure every repair meets company standards and local code requirements
• Talk honestly with homeowners about what's going on with their system and what they need
• Deliver professional customer service while completing your service work each day

Pay & Bonuses

Your pay is performance based. Annual earning potential falls between $60k and $100k depending on how you perform. And there's a sign on bonus of up to $5,000 ; that depends on your experience level and how your interview goes.
