• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces. You'll walk through each area with an eye for detail. If something's off; a missed corner or a stain; you catch it before a guest does.
• Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff. Each morning, you hand out cart assignments and room lists. You decide who takes which floor based on workload.
• Train new hires on cleaning procedures. Show them how to use equipment properly and what products work best on different surfaces. It's hands on coaching.
• Manage inventory of linens and supplies. Track what we have and what's running low. Reorder before we run out of toilet paper or fresh towels.
• Handle guest complaints about cleanliness. Someone isn't happy with their room? You go up there yourself to fix the issue or coordinate a quick turnaround.

• A year or more of experience in housekeeping or janitorial work; supervisory experience is preferred but not required if you've shown leadership potential
• You can lift up to 50 pounds regularly (bending, stooping, pushing carts are part of the day)
• A high school diploma or equivalent is typical for this role
• Able to stand for long shifts; this isn't a desk job
