Brand Ambassador

What you'll actually do

You'll work trade shows, fairs, festivals, retail stores, and community events in Jacksonville, FL. Your job is to talk with people face to face, educate them about what Leaf Home Bath offers, and generate qualified leads for the local sales team. Think of yourself as the first real human connection a customer has with us. You set the tone for their whole experience.

Some weeks you're at a weekend festival. Other weeks it's a home show or a retail pop up. The schedule shifts depending on where we need you. But every time you're out there, you're representing the company and helping people understand why our product makes sense for their home.

Schedule and pay

• $18 per hour starting pay. Paid weekly ; every Friday.
• Daily per diem for gas and lunch so you're not spending your own money to get there.
• An incentive program that pays up to $100 for each in home consultation that gets scheduled because of your work.
• Paid training so you know what you're talking about before you hit an event.

What they need from you

• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. Non negotiable. You have to get yourself to events.
• You must be willing to work weekends and evenings ; specifically Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. That's when events happen.
• Attention to detail matters here. Show up on time. Be where you're supposed to be when you're supposed to be there.
• A genuine desire to educate people about a product line. Not just pitch at them; actually explain why it helps them.
• Sustained high energy over long stretches at events. It's not an office job where you can sit quietly for eight hours.

The physical side of things

A lot of this work happens indoors in climate controlled spaces like convention centers or retail stores. But sometimes it doesn't. You'll also work outside in varying temperatures and weather conditions ; summer heat, spring rain, whatever comes with the season in Jacksonville, FL.

The role involves medium level physical activity: occasionally lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds, frequently handling things up to 30 pounds, constantly dealing with items up to 10 pounds.
