Job Overview

This is a straightforward order picking role in Jackson, MS. You'll work in a warehouse environment, pulling products from shelves and preparing them for shipment. • Pick orders accurately. You'll use a handheld scanner or pick list to locate items on warehouse shelves and transfer them to pallets or carts for packing.
• Maintain inventory integrity. If you notice damaged goods, missing stock, or labeling errors, flag them immediately. Small catches save big headaches later.
• Meet productivity targets. Each shift has expected pick rates. You don't need to rush recklessly, but steady consistent pace is required to keep operations flowing.
• Keep your area organized. Replenish packing supplies as needed and return unused materials to proper storage zones at shift end.
• Follow safety protocols. Wear required PPE, operate powered equipment only if trained, and keep aisles clear of debris at all times.

• Physical capability: Stand and walk for full shifts. Regularly lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Bend, kneel, and reach overhead throughout the day without restrictions.
