What This Role Pays and How Scheduling Works

Daily compensation ranges from $1,000 to $2,700. It's structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of your adjusted production. You pick 1 to 2 days per month, and we build around your existing schedule ; not the other way around.

The Work Itself

You're here to do root canal therapy and handle complex endodontic cases, including multi canal work and retreatments. You'll diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues. You'll use modern techniques and available dental technology ; DentaPro software, digital x ray and Panorex units, and dedicated dental assistants trained specifically for endo procedures. You'll collaborate with the dental teams on treatment planning and case flow. Documentation and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards are part of it, too.

What You Need to Bring

You need a DDS or DMD from a CODA accredited dental program. You need demonstrated high volume endodontic experience as a dentist ; meaning you're confident managing complex, multi canal, and retreatment cases. An active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure. Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration. And compassion, plus a genuine desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients.

Schedule and Location

This is a PRN position built around your existing practice. You work 1 to 2 days per month in Jackson, MS. We provide yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
