Multi-Modality Technologist

What You'll Do

As a Multi Modality Technologist, you'll work across MRI, mammography, CT, ultrasound, and X ray. Each exam follows specific protocols set by physicians for diagnosis and treatment. You'll move between modalities depending on what's needed that day.

• Help patients feel at ease while you assist and position them for their exams
• Start IVs for contrast injection when the procedure calls for it
• Check every image for quality and make adjustments on the spot
• Give patients clear post procedure instructions before they leave
• Turn over rooms using aseptic technique between patients and clean or sterilize equipment
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines at all times

What You Need to Bring

• High School Graduate or GED
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification ; required
• Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) certification
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of your start date

Schedule

This is a PRN (as needed) position. You'll pick up shifts based on department needs and your availability.
