What you'll do here

You'll guide people through one of the biggest decisions they make. That means building real relationships, not just closing a deal and moving on.

• The support continues after the paperwork is signed. Following up is how you build a lasting business.
• You’ll use our software and CRM tools to keep track of leads and manage transactions from start to finish.
• We’ll show you how to research the local market, so you can price properties competitively and understand trends in Indianapolis, IN.

How the compensation works

You're paid on commission. You earn money for each transaction you complete.

The income potential scales directly with your effort. As you build your client base and complete more transactions, your earnings grow. It takes disciplined work, but after a few years, it's common for agents here to earn between $50,000 and $100,000 annually. Many earn more than that.
