Alright, let's talk about this plumbing job. I'm recruiting for Mr. Plumber Indiana, and we're one of the bigger names in HVAC and plumbing around here. The Work

You'd be the lead installer on plumbing projects in Indianapolis, IN. That means you're running the job from start to finish, making sure it's done right, on time, and that the homeowner is happy.

• Installing and repairing water lines, drainage systems, and gas lines in houses.
• Fitting pipes, fixtures, and all the connections so they're secure and don't leak.
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping pipe to get everything to fit just right.
• Testing systems when you're done to make sure they work perfectly; troubleshooting if something's off.
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized is a must. Safety isn't just a suggestion here.
• You'll talk with customers directly. Answering their questions clearly and professionally is part of the gig.

What You Need to Bring

This isn't an entry level helper position. We need someone who can walk in and run jobs.

• A current Journeyman plumbing license is required. No exceptions.
• Solid experience with plumbing installation is what we're after.
• You need to be organized, able to communicate well with your team and homeowners, and manage your time on site.
• The job involves lifting heavy equipment and working in attics, crawl spaces; the usual physical spots a plumber ends up in.
• A valid driver's license is necessary since you'll be driving a company vehicle.
• If you've used ServiceTitan software before, that's a definite plus for us.

The Schedule & Pay

This is a full time position. The pay range is $75,000 to $135,000 per year. That figure includes your base pay plus our bonus structure; how well the job goes impacts your check. It's a clear way to reward quality work.
