We'll train you, get you licensed, and pay you while you learn.

The Schedule & The Pay

You work Monday through Thursday. That's it. You'll be meeting with business owners and families in your territory during those days. No evenings. No Saturdays.

Your income is commission based; it's tied to your performance. There's no cap.

• First year sales consultants typically earn $75,000 or more.
• Top performers exceed $100,000.
• You earn ongoing annual renewal income from policies you've already sold; this builds over time.
• Performance bonuses reward consistency and results.
• There are luxury travel incentives: all expenses paid quarterly getaways and an annual trip for you and a guest.

How We Set You Up

We don't throw you to the wolves. Your start is structured and supported.

• We provide online training to help you earn your insurance license before you hit the field.
• A full week of paid training comes next: live webinars, coaching with experienced mentors, AI powered virtual role playing, and practice with our sales system.
• You get paid from your very first Monday in the field. Then again after your second week.
• The support continues with AI powered coaching for personalized feedback on our 10 step sales process.
• A back office team handles marketing, lead generation, customer service, and operations so you can focus on relationships and closing deals.

A Day in This Role

From Monday to Thursday, you're traveling within your assigned territory around Indianapolis, IN to meet people face to face. You'll connect with business owners and families who need supplemental insurance protection. You'll educate them on how our products fill gaps in traditional health coverage. You'll use our proven 10 step sales system. And you'll be part of a team that shares ideas and celebrates wins together; there are mentors and peers invested in seeing you succeed. As you grow here, there are paths into leadership roles; we promote from within.

The common thread isn't a specific background; it's a mindset. You want direct control over what you earn. You can talk to anyone and explain things clearly. You're excited by the idea of following a proven system while learning from both AI tools and human coaches. You're at least 18 years old.
