Alright, let's talk about this night shift position on the OB High Risk unit in Indianapolis, IN.

The Work

You're the RN for everything high risk obstetrics here. You'll work with a team of doctors, nurses, and specialists who are focused on delivering care that's right for both the mother and baby.

This means managing advanced critical care. You're handling hemodynamic stability, critical drips, and interpreting complex fetal monitoring. When things get intense, you keep the whole team aligned and make sure the patient's voice is still heard. Then you lead the transition out of crisis; coordinating discharge or transfer plans and supporting families through what comes next.

What You Need to Bring

• A Registered Nurse license from the Indiana Board of Nursing. You need this in hand before your start date.
• A BLS Provider certification. It has to be from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, and you'll need to get it within your first 30 days.
• A diploma from an accredited nursing school or college, or your required professional licensure at the time of hire.

It'd be great if you also had Advanced Life Support (again, AHA or Red Cross), but it isn't a must have to apply.

The Schedule & Pay

This is a full time night shift position. The specific pay range isn't listed here; your recruiter will go over all those details with you during the hiring process so there aren't any surprises.
