The Gist of It

This is a lead installer role with Williams Comfort Air, one of the bigger HVAC operations in the Midwest. We stay busy because our clients actually like us, and we keep growing because we hire people who care about the work. You're not just punching a clock here ; people come for a job and stay because there's room to move up. You'll be running the show on installs, keeping things profitable and running smooth, and making sure the client is happy from start to finish.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You're in charge of the jobsite flow. That means talking to the Install Manager and supervisors clearly about what the job needs, and adapting when things change ; scope shifts, interruptions, or whatever else gets thrown at you. You'll follow our installation procedures to the letter and make sure the apprentice on your crew does too. Keep your company truck clean inside and out. Report your labor hours accurately and keep JIT on track. Complete the replacement closeout process with 100% accuracy the minute the job wraps up. Fill out paperwork properly. And you'll actively look for training and coaching to get better all the time.

What You Need to Bring

• A valid driver's license to drive a company vehicle
• Universal EPA Certification
• 2 to 3 years of HVAC field installation experience
• 1 year of experience in a lead role
• You can regularly lift loads up to 75 pounds
• You can crawl in tight places, climb ladders, and work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
• ServiceTitan experience is preferred but not required

Pay lands between $75,000 and $125,000, based on base plus bonus structure. There's medical, dental, and vision insurance. Free employee and dependent telehealth with no copay.
