Electrical Engineer

What you'll actually do

This is a hands on lead role for someone who knows electrical engineering inside and out. You'll be the go to person on infrastructure projects, designing and developing electrical systems using AutoCAD Electrical. That means creating detailed schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams that the rest of the team relies on. You'll work closely with the project team to make sure every design meets specs and standards ; and when something goes sideways during construction, you'll help troubleshoot and sort it out. You'll also sit in on project meetings, coordinate with clients and contractors, and generally keep things moving forward.

This is a direct hire / permanent position, onsite in Indianapolis, IN.

What you need to bring

• At least 8 years of professional experience with AutoCAD Electrical ; no shortcuts
• You must be a U.S. Citizen (this is a project requirement)
• A strong electrical engineering background that lets you step in and lead a project from the start
• Solid understanding of electrical design and drafting standards
• Experience on infrastructure, government, or industrial projects is a big plus
• You communicate well and actually enjoy working in a team setting

The pay and benefits
